Blast Resistant Modules (BRMs)
The BRM systems are structurally engineered and designed to combat hazards such as blast/explosion, ballistic attack, chemical release, earthquakes, fire, forced entry, hurricanes, noise, projectiles, and tornados. Protective Structures has manufactured buildings to provide ballistic resistance as high as NIJ Type-IV, and blast resistance of 63 psi.
Protective Structures joins security specialists Protective Technologies associated with the UCSD Jacobs School of Engineering Englekirk Center, the foremost structural engineering testing facilities in the nation, International Materials, the inventor of Sureboard®, and the construction and engineering, and manufacturing and logistics expertise of Harrison Walker & Harper, with an equally solid 125-year heritage.
